It was a joyous mood today, Sunday when the former governor, Dr Ayodele Fayose and the present governor,Dr Koyode Fayemi met today to Akure Airport.
Governor Peter Fayemi, popularly called “Oshokomole” was seen at the Akure airport today as his counter . Governor Kayode Fayemi was seen chatting with his immediate predecessor, Mr. Ayo Fayose Akure Airport February 2nd, 2020
Dr Fayose was the governor who ruled Ekiti State on two different occasions between 1999-2013 and also between 2014-2019.
Recall that the two leaders were seen together last year when Dr John Kayode attended Fayose’s son wedding held in Lagos.
The constant meeting between Fayose of PDP and Fayemi of APC may not be connected with 2023 presidency as speculated in some quarters that Dr Fayemi may be nursing a Presidential ambition of becoming vice President
