One of the prominent, peaceful, youngest ,richest, philanthropist, accountable and agile king in the history of Yoruba race is AROLE ODUDUWA OLOFIN ADIMULA OONI ENITAN ADEYEYE OGUNWUSI OJAJA I I the current Ooni of Ife and the 51th ooni of Ife land.
The Ooni of Ife who is  one of the most powerful king among the present Yoruba kings was born into the Giesi ruling house, OJAJA Royal compound of Agbedegbede in Ile -Ife.
According to research, Oba Enitan Adeyeye is the third son in a family of six children, the current king, Adeyeye Enitan OGUNWUSI was selected from 21contenders to the throne in 2015 . He's a descendant of the 44th Ooni of Ife, OJAJA Orasigba who reigned from 1875 to 1880.
Oba OGUNWUSI is also educated and he bagged his higher national diploma in Accountancy from the polytechnic of Ibadan and a member of professional bodies such as Institute of charted accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)  ,an association accounting  technician and a certified member of the institute of Diploma (IOD) Nigeria. He is also  an active member of the global institute (GRI),  having participated at various levels.The present Ooni of Ife is the peaceful king which the Yoruba race has been clamouring and calling for, and thank God he emerge.
According to the king himself, he says he focus on development and peace.  Without peace there can never be progress  . It's better to stretch your hand of your people. For me,  it's is very critical. I want to be known for a peace movement. To unify Nigeria's Yoruba ethnic group.
The Ooni of Ife had settled of 79th dispute between the Former Ooni of Ife and Alaafin of oyo where  both of them were fighting over there spiritual head and the political head of the Yoruba's.  The situation changed when Sijuwade gave up the ghost and joined his ancestors and Oba Adeyeye OGUNWUSI visited Alaafin of Oyo in his palace to settle the dispute of more than 5 decades.
Still on peace,  the Ooni of Ife has also settled 75yr old supremacy battle between the throne of Ooni  of Ife  and the the Awujale of Ijebu land,  Oba Sikiru Adetona at Ijebu ode. Ooni of Ife recalled historically that the last time an ooni visited an Awujale was in 1941 during the reign of the late traditional ruler of Ife  Oba Adesoji.
Ooni Adeyeye OGUNWUSI loves humanity, therefore, the Ooni of Ife had just launched a program tagged "Students and advocacy leadership skills and training under the initiative of a well known Royal Ambassador Barrister Ibidapo Habeeb whyte to train the students on how to become a good leader,  how to make use of their fundamental human rights effectively and also to become dependent on their own.
Late last year, Oba Adeyeye Enitan gave no fewer than 100 Nigerian youth leaders  who have distinguished  themselves in their chosen Areas and careers an award. The awardees cut across various fields like sports,  ICT,  real estate,  humanitarian and social events.  The Royal  award programme was to appreciate the useful youths who have painted their pictures in the heart of the future generations .
Oba Enitan also had many scholarship programmes and Fundings to his name like the Ooni Adeyeye scholarship programmes at Oxford University,  two hundred and forty six students also received scholarships in partnership with Airpeace airlines to celebrate his 45th birthday. Also in 2016, Oba Adeyeye held a programme at Ile Ife to herald the Ife youths Agro-entrepreneurship summit to reduce unemployment in the state. In 2017, OJAJA scholarship empowerment in education with about #30million to empower the youths in yoruba land regardless of their states and capability.
Also in 2017, Ooni of Ife,  Oba Adeyeye also gave approval for the OJAJA I I national image sustainable agricultural empowerment training  scheme in South western states programme to train over 6,000 youths in Agricultural skills.
His Imperial Majesty also Partnered with IITA to improve cocoa production and youths employment just to improve and transform agriculture in Nigeria.
In all, my prayers for his Majesty is that God will continually bless you and your days shall be long to sit on the throne of your forefathers with strong health and with good condition.
