President Muhammadu Buhari, will visit Cross River State to commission a number of industries built by the current administration in the state.
The state governor, Sir Ben Ayade, has consistently maintained that the key trust of his administration is the rapid Industrialisation of the state as well as building of socio- economic infrastructural projects.
In its determination to boost agriculture in the country, Cross River State Governor Ben Ayade, has commenced the installation of a multi-billion Naira Chicken Processing Plant in Ayade Industrial Park, and the livestock farm in Odukpani Local Government Area of the state.
The said ultramodern factory would be the biggest poultry and livestock farm in the South-South region and it is expected to roll out its first birds after the commissioned.
The factory is equipped with six broiler houses, layers and the hatchery to produce over 22,000 birds per broiler house with massive production of eggs.
Governor Ben Ayade, team of engineer's are from China and Spain where he purchased the equipments. They are on ground performing the installations as the civil works is completed.
The Project Manager and Industrial Governor, Professor Bengioushuye Ayade, ambition is to commission the factory soon as possible, upon when the installed equipments is completed.
