Sanusi Vs Kano state government by Adeosun Adedolapo Ayobami

It is known to all Nigerians most especially the northern part of the country precisely Kano state that the emir of Kano  Muhammad Sanusi I I has been dethroned by the Kano state government for disrespecting the governor of Kano state Governor ABDULLAHI  UMAR GANDUJE.

The Malam Muhammadu Sanusi II has been found breaching part 3  section 13 (a-e)  of the Kano state Emirate law 2019 and which if left unchecked will destroy the good, and established  image of the Kano state which has been in existence for a very long time.

To me,  the cogent reason for his dethroned was that he refused  to  attend official meetings and programmes organized by the government.

The truth must be told.

Emir of Kano Sanusi Lamido Sanusi ll sounded a warning to northern Nigerian leaders on Monday, saying the region is at the verge of destroying itself, if the leadership attitude does not change.

He spoke at the 60th birthday for Governor Nasir El-Rufai in Kaduna on the causes of poverty in the Northern part of the country which was estimated to be 87% poverty level, he gave out two reasonable reason which as increased the poverty level of the region : 

  Excess polygamous family .

Lack of formal education which has led to out of schools for pupils and students.

The federal government must act fast , the judiciary must do something because this man in question is ready  to reduce the poverty rate  in the Northern part which all states in Nigeria will benefit from.
